I recently presented a seminar to a group of oral surgeons in Las Vegas. They were intense, serious and competitive—traits found commonly in oral surgeons.
My message was simple. Despite the slow economy, many OMS practices are still doing well—including Levin Group clients.
I told them, “The secret is you should simply make up your mind that you are not going to be defeated by the economy.”
They asked me to elaborate. I explained by telling them:
“If you listen to all the bad news hour after hour, you simply start to think defensively about your practice. However, if you are focused on what the best practices are doing, you are on the offensive—and that’s where you need to be to thrive in this economy.”
